Absolutely one of the best posts I’ve ever read on Medium! After spending fifty years in the medical profession and going through the nightmare of going from analog to digital, witch is still a confusing, frustrating, and process that is still going on, we had a parallel thought out approach with the Veterans Administration that could have made our healthcare conversion easier and more efficient, but apparently that was too easy!
